3 Hip Chic business partners make all the products by hand at their NEW home studio in St Pete Beach, Florida. E'Layne designs the original artwork and makes up original sayings, then copies are made and wet sealed onto a painted medium density fiber board or porcelain tiles. E'Layne, Lora and Nena then hand paint the edge and put on a metal hanger on the plaques. "3 Hip Chics" feature four product lines:
